In accordance with SRA transparency rules, we publish our fees, what is included, and the typical timescales for immigration matters below.
Who will carry out the work?
All work will be carried out by a solicitor supported by paralegals. The Immigration department is led by Sejal Karavadra, a consultant Solicitor-Advocate specialising in immigration, asylum and nationality work. She qualified as a Solicitor in June 2008 and has over 15 years of experience in this area of law, having previously worked for the Home Office.
How are fees calculated?
Fees are calculated by reference to our hourly rates which vary depending on the experience of the lawyer:

Initial Consultation
£50 (inclusive of VAT) — deducted from your final bill if we go on to handle your case.
Application Fees
All fees are inclusive of VAT unless stated. Home Office fees and Immigration Health Surcharges are paid directly and are in addition to our fees. Applications for more than one individual are charged at an extra 50% per additional person.
